1. For each accepted paper, at least one author must register, pay the conference fee and present the paper.

2. The paper will be published in the Springer Proceedings book only if payment is made.

3. All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. The conference maintains a strict no cancellation or refund policy under any circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, visa issues, or personal emergencies.

4. In accordance with Vietnam’s Decree 70 on Invoices and Records, all domestic participants are required to fill in taxpayer details including taxpayer name and identification number (personal or institutional). If registration fee invoice is requested, International participants are also to provide similar details. Participant is to assume liability for the accuracy of their information and the conference secretariat bear no accountability for faulty erroneous record.
